Apple Standard EULA

The Application is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These Terms add to the Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails to the extent of the conflict.

What the Application Does

The Application lets you view publicly available content from third-party platforms, save copies of it to your device, organize it in your library, and follow creators to see their new public posts. You do not need an account to use the Application.

TokGet is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by, or otherwise connected to any social network or content platform, and it does not connect to your accounts on those services. All names, trademarks and content shown in the Application belong to their respective owners.

Content and Your Responsibilities

Content that you view or save through the Application belongs to its creators or other rights holders. The Application does not give you any rights to that content. You may save only content that you created, content that the rights holder has allowed you to save, or content that you are otherwise permitted to save under applicable law.

You are solely responsible for how you use content you save, including respecting the rights of creators and the terms of the platform where the content was published. Do not repost, sell or otherwise distribute content that you do not have the right to share. If you believe the Application is being used to infringe your rights, contact us at ucnllc@gmail.com.

Acceptable Use

When using the Application, you agree not to:

• infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights of anyone;
• use the Application or content obtained through it to harass, stalk, threaten or harm anyone;
• try to access content that is private or restricted, or that you are not allowed to access, or bypass any technical protection measure;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Application or our server, or send requests in a way that overloads or disrupts them;
• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Application, except as permitted by law;
• bypass the Application’s subscription features, limits or ads; or
• use the Application for any unlawful purpose.

We may limit or block access to the Application or our server to prevent abuse or if you violate these Terms.

TokGet Pro Subscriptions

• TokGet Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions. The available plans, their price, billing period and included features are shown in the Application before you buy. Prices may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (on your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to Pro until then. Deleting the Application does not cancel your subscription. • If a free trial or introductory offer is available, its terms are shown before you buy. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue refunds ourselves. Request a refund from Apple
• If you reinstall the Application or use a new device with the same Apple Account, use My Account → Restore Purchases to restore an active subscription.
• A subscription unlocks Pro features in the Application; it does not guarantee that any particular content will be available.

Ads

The free version of the Application shows ads provided by Google AdMob. TokGet Pro subscribers are not shown ads. How ads use data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and Changes

The Application relies on third-party platforms and services that we do not control. Content may become unavailable, be removed or be restricted at any time, and some features may stop working as a result. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Application at any time, and some updates may be required to keep using it. You are responsible for any internet or mobile data charges from your provider.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the Application collects and how it is used.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content will be available, accurate or lawful for you to save.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or content, arising from your use of the Application or of content obtained through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Application is limited to the amount you paid for TokGet Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of content obtained through the Application or from your violation of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by deleting it (remember to cancel any subscription separately). We may suspend or end your access to the Application if you violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the effective date above. Where required by law, we will also notify you in the Application. If you keep using the Application after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
